Bodenvy is hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative for our Tulsa medical spa team! If you enjoy overcoming objections, achieving sales goals, and earning more through performance, we want to meet you.
This is NOT a commission-only or traditional customer service position. You'll earn guaranteed hourly pay PLUS commissions and bonuses while converting interested leads into consultations that clients actually attend.
ABOUT BODENVY
Bodenvy is a growing medical spa franchise specializing in CoolSculpting and non-surgical body contouring, with 12 locations and growing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per full-time workday to warm leads; part-time targets are adjusted for hours worked.
- Answer inbound inquiries and book qualified consultations.
- Target 5 qualified bookings per full-time day, adjusted for part-time hours.
- Build rapport, identify needs, explain services, and overcome objections.
- Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows.
- Keep accurate CRM records and meet booking and attendance goals.
OUR FOCUS: Quality consultations that SHOW UP, not just bookings.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Outbound sales, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Comfortable with high-volume calls and inbound inquiries.
- Persuasive, organized, coachable, and motivated by results.
- Medical spa or aesthetics sales experience is a plus.
PAY & BONUSES
- Guaranteed base: $17–$20/hour, based on qualifications.
- Appointment show bonuses: $10–$30 per qualifying attended consultation, based on weekly performance tiers.
- Same-day bonus: Additional $35 for a qualifying same-day booking that attends.
- Sales commission: Additional $50 per qualifying completed sale.
- Additional SPIFFs and incentives.
Qualifying bonuses stack. Performance incentives are uncapped.
Top full-time performers may earn $80,000+ annually. This is potential compensation, not guaranteed; earnings depend on hours and results.

SCHEDULE
