Staff Validation Engineer Greenville NC

Our client, pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing is seeking a Staff Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Staff Validation Engineer, you will be part of the Validation and Quality organization supporting aseptic processing validation and contamination control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, a commitment to cGMP compliance, and the ability to communicate clearly across cross-functional teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$50/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead the design and execution of media fill (APS) studies for aseptic manufacturing processes.
• Author and review validation protocols, reports, and risk assessments to support sterile manufacturing readiness.
• Support investigations, deviations, and CAPAs related to media fills and aseptic processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in validation and contamination control strategies while maintaining compliance with cGMP and global regulatory expectations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech validation.
• Strong experience with aseptic processing and media fill execution (required).
• Experience in sterile manufacturing environments (required).
• Deep understanding of aseptic processing and contamination control, including strong technical writing skills for validation protocols and reports.
