Commercial Electrician-Direct Hire

Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Electrician for our client. This position is ideal for a skilled electrician with a strong background in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on electrical experience and the ability to work independently, identify electrical issues, and perform repairs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Perform electrical service and maintenance at office buildings, retail shopping centers, and industrial properties.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and components to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Repair and replace electrical components, including wiring, circuits, breakers, panels, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Respond to service calls and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and completed repairs.
• Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, preferably in commercial service and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working in commercial buildings, retail facilities, and industrial environments.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, panels, and electrical safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of electrical service work.

Compensation & Benefits

• $35.00 per hour

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dependable, experienced electrician who enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems. This is a service-focused position, not primarily new construction. The successful candidate will be comfortable traveling between commercial properties, diagnosing electrical problems, and completing repairs with minimal supervision.
