Benefited Full-Time Pay Scale

• Hourly Rate: $30.62–$43.66
• Estimated Weekly Pay (36 hours): $1,102.32–$1,571.76
• Annual Salary: $63,689.60–$90,806.14

Non-Benefited Full-Time Pay Scale

• Hourly Rate: $36.74–$52.38
• Estimated Weekly Pay (36 hours): $1,322.64–$1,885.68
• Annual Salary: $76,418.16–$108,954.02
• Hiring Incentive: $5,000
• Eligible employees may receive shift differential and holiday pay.
• Starting pay is based on a 13-step clinical pay scale recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.

Schedule

• Full-time nights
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours per week
• Holiday coverage: Not required

Job Description

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides technical nursing care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility, working as part of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may also assume the charge nurse role within the SNF.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an LVN.
• Current California LVN license.
• Graduate of an approved LVN program with an associate degree or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
