Part-Time Loan Doc Prep Indirect Lending

1. Reviewing loan documents and supporting documentation for Indirect Loans.
2. Entering loan information into the calculation worksheet and all reporting logs.
3. Reviewing loan documents to ensure proper terms, rate and the lien perfection is compliant with regulatory requirements, and internal loan policy requirements.
4. Preparing the loan funding sheet for all Indirect Loans.
5. Answering questions, resolving problems, and responding to requests for documents promptly and courteously.
6. Working knowledge of TSI and Dealertrack systems.
7. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
8. Maintaining work area in a clean, neat and professional manner.
9. Representing the bank in a professional manner.
10. Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
11. Participating in training sessions as required by supervisor.
