We’re looking for an attorney to represent clients at 341 meetings and review Chapter 7 petitions before filing. $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Represent clients at 341 meetings of creditors throughout Ohio and prepare each client for the trustee’s questions

• Review Chapter 7 petitions, schedules, and means test calculations for accuracy before filing

• Identify issues early, such as undisclosed assets, transfers, or income problems, and work with the legal team to resolve them

• Communicate professionally with trustees, creditors’ counsel, and clients

• Support Chapter 13 matters as needed, including hearings and motion practice

• Follow firm procedures and use MyCase to keep a high-volume caseload on track

• Licensed and in good standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio

• Admitted, or able to become admitted, to the Northern and/or Southern District of Ohio

• Consumer bankruptcy experience preferred; newer attorneys with a strong interest in bankruptcy are encouraged to apply

• Confident speaking in front of trustees and composed when clients give unexpected answers

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a steady daily workload

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to court hearings across Ohio when needed
