Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care giver for my mother who has memory challenges (dementia) and is 83. I prepare her medications, but she needs to be instructed/reminded to take them at the appropriate times. She needs some help with bathing and occasionally shampooing her hair. Seeking someone to handle preparation of a light lunch. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, and comfortable with pets. I have 2 French Bulldogs that are very friendly and live inside but have access to a doggie door. CPR & first-aid training is needed.
