Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny/babysitter for newborn on a possibly recurring basis with varying day as needed. We both work part-time and need someone 4-5 hours 2-3 days a week when our schedules overlap. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.
