Childcare Needed

I am a stay at home mom but also work from home (self employed), my partner is a new nurse (12 hour shifts), which is a big change for us and I need some time to work, as well as help with childcare some days and into the evenings for bedtime! My oldest child is highly sensitive and slow to warm, our ideal sitter would be someone who is soft and patient. Our youngest has the opposite temperament - very social and happy.
