Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Im going to be giving birth to a girl around the end of the year. Its hard to say for sure how much help were going to need right away. But I thought I should at least get looking now and seeing whats out there. Likely my maternity leave will end around April or May. But I would like to start incorporating nanny time before then so we can all get used to each other I would prefer someone with early childhood training and be CPR trained.
