Job Summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to assist a male client living with Parkinson's disease in Winston, GA.

This position involves providing one hour of evening care to help the client safely and comfortably complete his nighttime routine and prepare for bed.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobility assistance, transfer boards, and personal care. We are looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and confident in assisting clients with physical limitations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver looking to supplement their existing schedule with a short, consistent evening shift.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide incontinence care, including changing briefs and maintaining personal hygiene

• Assist with repositioning and ensuring the client's comfort while in bed

• Prepare and serve an evening meal

• Assist with evening grooming and bedtime preparation as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Monitor and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the care team

• Follow the client's individualized care plan while promoting dignity and respect

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Experience caring for bed-bound clients strongly preferred

• Comfortable providing hands-on incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance

• Experience with safe repositioning and pressure injury prevention preferred

• Must be comfortable around two large Great Danes

• Reliable transportation to Dallas, GA

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule

• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $25.00/hour
Location: Dallas, GA
Shift: 1-hour evening visit
Schedule: 5pm - 6pm or 6pm - 7pm / 7-days a week
Employment Type: Part-Time / Per Diem
