Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do

In this senior logistics role, you'll keep work and materials moving on schedule. You'll review production and shipping plans, check documents and products against standards, and work with vendors and internal teams to solve problems before they turn into delays. When designs, staffing, or material supply change, you'll adjust the schedule to match.

• Review and approve documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to confirm they're complete, accurate, and meet standards and specifications
• Review and approve production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material needs and set material priorities
• Meet with department supervisors and team members to check progress and agree on needed changes
• Revise the production schedule when design changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions require it
• Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments
• Coordinate production and shipping with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and resolve complaints or delays

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 8–10 years of related experience
• Top skills for this role: root cause analysis, quality assurance, and vendor management
• Ability to analyze manufacturing, labor, and materials costs
• Accurate documentation and recordkeeping of customer and client information
• Leadership and mentoring skills, including giving constructive performance feedback
• Knowledge of laws and regulations that apply to shipping and production
• Clear verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
