The Nanny Loft is seeking caring, experienced babysitters to support families throughout the Lehigh Valley. Enjoy flexible opportunities while making a meaningful difference in children's lives!

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing childcare for children of different ages, including infants.
• Support feeding, diapering, naps, homework, and daily routines.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light child-related household tasks.
• Transport children when required and maintain open communication with parents.
• Follow family instructions, safety procedures, and childcare best practices.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• At least 19 years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of childcare experience, including infant care.
• Knowledge of child development, infant safety, and safe sleep practices.

Certifications & Clearances

• Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter Training, and Car Seat Safety Training certifications.
• Successful background screening and updated clearances, including FBI Fingerprinting, PA Criminal Background Check and PA Child Abuse Clearance (ACT 33), as required by TNL.
• Existing certifications are accepted if still valid; updated background documents may be required during onboarding.

Transportation & Physical Requirements

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 25 up to 50 lbs., participate in active play, and respond quickly to emergencies.

Health & Vaccination Requirements

• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months, with a completed PA Child Care Staff Health Assessment Form (CD-322).
• Proof of required vaccinations: Td/Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, PCV, and Influenza.

Professional Skills

• Dependable, patient, organized, and safety-conscious.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable adapting to different families and schedules.

Schedule & Opportunities

• 3–35 hours per week, depending on family needs and availability.
• Daytime, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight assignments.
