Music Teacher (Contract)

About the Role:
Join ABA RESULTS LLC as a Music Teacher in Fort Myers, FL, where you will inspire students through the joy of music. We are looking for a passionate educator who can create engaging lessons and foster a love for music in our diverse student community.
We are looking for a music educator willing to visit our facility 1 day out of the week. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement music curriculum for various age groups and skill levels.
• Conduct individual and group music lessons, focusing on performance and theory.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills.
• Organize and participate in music events and performances throughout the year.
• Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Stay current with music education trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and achievements.

Requirements:

• Prior teaching experience in a group music setting preferred.
• Strong proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
• Knowledge of music theory and composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
• State teaching certification in music education is a plus.
• Passion for music and a commitment to student success.
