What You'll Do:

Personal Care & Daily Living

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Medication Support

• Provide timely medication reminders
• Help clients stay on track with their medication routines

Meals & Nutrition

• Plan and prepare meals that meet dietary needs
• Encourage proper nutrition and hydration

Companionship

• Provide genuine companionship and engaging conversation
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

Health & Safety Monitoring

• Watch for and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Keep clear, accurate care documentation

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (but a caring heart matters most)
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
• A warm, empathetic, patient approach to care
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable and able to follow a client's individualized care plan
