Job Description
About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.
The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.
What you'll do
You'll own the supply plan for an assigned product category, from factory purchase orders to inventory on hand across the U.S. business. You'll turn weekly sales, inventory, and forecast data into clear supply decisions. You'll also work closely with the company's global operations center and with the account teams who depend on getting product on time.
- Manage your assigned category's end-to-end supply plan: simulate inventory flow against total demand, coordinate closely with the global operations center, and act as the go-to contact for account teams on supply questions
- Collect and validate feedback from account teams, consolidate it into a SKU-level list for purchase order confirmation and exceptional plan changes, and issue purchase orders to the factory based on that list
- Analyze weekly Purchase–Sales–Inventory (PSI) data and build tools and files that simulate changes in factory supply, inventory, and demand; find the root cause of forecast changes, especially inside the locked production window
- Track factory shipment and arrival schedules, follow up on delays, and request expedites when needed
- Monitor inventory across the business and start stock transfers to balance levels, reduce shortages, and prevent aging inventory
- Consolidate and publish weekly reports such as Supply Confirmation Window and Available-to-Ship (ATS); support projects and ad-hoc analysis, including reporting and dashboards
- Communicate regularly with the global operations center and turn what you learn into clear insights for the wider organization
- Lead supply discussions and set up account- and SKU-level allocation and re-allocation meetings; share demand guidance with account teams and work with the Demand Fulfillment team to make sure allocations are carried out
- Maintain and reconcile the system tools that report real-time and weekly sales, inventory, and forecast data
- Back up teammates when needed
What you'll bring
- Demand planning and forecasting experience
- Analytical, data management, and computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
- Business sense: you understand how supply decisions affect sales and customers
- Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort building consensus with people at every level of the organization
- Comfort working in a multicultural business environment
Nice to have
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, MIS, or Engineering
- SAP experience
- Korean language skills for working with the global operations team (helpful, not required)
Work details
- Fully onsite in Plano, TX
- Must be available to work overtime consistently, with flexible weekend availability
- 12-month contract
