Dependable Hospice is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Hospice Site Director (RN) to lead our growing Phoenix Hospice division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about exceptional end-of-life care, developing successful teams, and growing hospice services throughout the Phoenix area.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with hospice experience, strong operational skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities of the Phoenix Hospice branch
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and interdisciplinary hospice staff
• Ensure exceptional patient care and positive family experiences
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, CMS, and applicable state regulations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, clinical productivity, and resource utilization
• Monitor patient census, quality outcomes, and operational performance
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and achieve branch goals
• Partner with marketing and referral sources to support business development and census growth
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development
• Promote a positive, accountable, and supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Hospice experience required
• Hospice leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and CMS regulations
• Experience overseeing clinical teams and daily healthcare operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staffing, productivity, quality, and operational goals
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for compassionate end-of-life care
