Dedicated Texas Freight With Familiar Delivery Routes
LEM Trucking is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Dallas, Texas, for a dedicated account serving established customer locations throughout Texas and portions of Oklahoma.
Much of the freight activity is concentrated along the Dallas–Houston corridor, giving drivers an opportunity to become familiar with recurring stops, customer procedures, and regional highways.
Drivers average $1,800 to $2,000 per week based on production and account activity.
What to Expect on This Account
This is a hands-on delivery position requiring drivers to unload freight using rolling u-carts at customer locations.
A Class A CDL Truck Driver should be comfortable with regular physical activity, including moving freight during scheduled deliveries.
The dedicated operation provides established customer assignments rather than constantly changing nationwide freight lanes.
Weekly Pay and Schedule
Average weekly earnings between $1,800 and $2,000
Dedicated deliveries throughout Texas and Oklahoma
Home every week for a scheduled 34-hour reset
Driver unloading using rolling u-carts
Sign-on bonus opportunities for qualifying drivers
Drivers return home weekly before beginning the next scheduled delivery cycle. Compensation depends on production and account activity, with additional sign-on incentives available to eligible applicants.
Automatic Freightliner Equipment
Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a Freightliner tractor from model years 2019 through 2022 with an automatic transmission.
Many trucks include APUs and 1,500-watt power inverters for added convenience during overnight trips.
Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid vacation.
Paid orientation is provided during onboarding.
Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements
Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the previous 12 months.
Candidates must be comfortable unloading freight with u-carts, satisfy applicable DOT qualification standards, and maintain an acceptable driving history.
LEM Trucking is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
