Your Role

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.

• Collaborate with the nursing team to promote quality care and positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

• Support a positive environment focused on teamwork and resident-centered care.

What We're Looking For

• Current LPN license in West Virginia or a compact state.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
