About FASCore
FASCore Construction LLC is a Texas-based engineering and construction company building advanced manufacturing facilities across the U.S. This position is for our Jeffersonville, Indiana project (Louisville area). Candidates from anywhere in the U.S. are welcome.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Electrician to lead and execute complex electrical projects across industrial and commercial settings. You will oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on NEC and applicable local regulations.
• Interpret electrical codes and standards for project teams and resolve code-related issues.
• Review electrical installation practices for compliance; support permit, inspection, and AHJ coordination.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Provide field support for electrical installation questions and troubleshooting.
• Assist with constructability reviews and electrical system planning.
• Evaluate electrical subcontractor work and installation quality; participate in project meetings.
• Support electrical inspections and commissioning; prepare inspection and corrective action documentation.
• Serve as the company's electrical SME; develop internal standards and train project teams on code requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to review electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience interacting with inspectors and local authorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: experience with manufacturing plants, data centers, or photovoltaic facilities; OSHA 30; multi-state licensing; electrical contractor management.

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 to $150,000 per year, plus a performance-based year-end bonus; flexible package for the right candidate
