Job Type: Travel / Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | Thursday–Saturday | 36 Hours per Week
Overtime: Available
Local Candidates Required: Yes
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes
Pay Rate
Local: $40–$42/hr
Traveler: $42–$44/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Perform nursing assessments and assist with developing and implementing care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) charting.
