With approximately 200 employees and significant growth ahead, this organization needs more than someone to manage HR. We're looking for a forward-thinking business leader who can build the people strategy, develop organizational capabilities, and help take the company to the next level.

The Opportunity

As the HR Leader, you'll work closely with the President and senior leadership team to influence business strategy and build an HR function that supports continued growth.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead a strong HR team: Coach, develop, and empower a team of HR professionals.

Who We're Looking For

You're a strategic thinker, a confident business partner, and a hands-on leader who enjoys turning ideas into results.

You bring:

• Progressive HR leadership experience, including leading and developing teams.
• Experience building or scaling HR capabilities in a growing organization.
• A background supporting engineering, technical, or similarly specialized workforces.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development.
• Business acumen and the confidence to influence and challenge senior leadership.
• An innovative, resourceful mindset and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.

Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing is a plus.
