Regular Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Required Training: First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Work Location: On-site
Language: Spanish-only speakers welcome; English is not required.

Connect Staffing Solutions is hiring a Saw Operator for a filter manufacturing company.

Previous experience using a miter saw and the ability to read a tape measure are required. The selected candidate must be available for both the training schedule and the regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate a miter saw safely to cut materials to specified lengths.

• Read a tape measure and verify measurements before cutting.

• Follow work instructions and production requirements.

• Check cut materials for correct length and accuracy.

• Identify and report incorrect cuts or equipment concerns.

• Maintain a clean work area and follow required safety procedures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating a miter saw.

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

• Ability to follow directions and work carefully.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Availability for 3 weeks of training Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

• Availability to transition to Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM after training.
