Commercial Lines Insurance Producers & Sales Executive - MULTIPLE OPENINGS!

Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Generation

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new commercial insurance clients with average premiums of $25,000 or more
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and attendance at industry events and trade shows
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand prospective clients' business operations, risk exposures, and insurance requirements
• Present customized commercial insurance solutions including general liability, property, workers' compensation, professional liability, and other specialized coverages
• Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining profitability standards and company guidelines
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects at various stages of the sales cycle

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, providing exceptional service and consultation
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify additional coverage needs, cross-selling opportunities, and potential gaps in protection
• Collaborate with account management team to ensure seamless policy implementation and ongoing service delivery
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Develop strategies to retain existing clients and minimize policy cancellations

Market Intelligence & Industry Knowledge

• Stay current on commercial insurance products, coverage options, and industry trends
• Maintain knowledge of carrier appetites, underwriting guidelines, and competitive market conditions
