Medical Biller-Home Care

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Biller to manage billing operations for a home care agency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with home care billing, insurance claims, and payment follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit home care claims accurately and on time.

• Verify patient eligibility, authorizations, and insurance coverage.

• Follow up on unpaid, denied, and rejected claims.

• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues.

• Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate billing records.

• Communicate with insurance companies, Medicaid, and other payers.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursement.

Requirements

• Previous billing experience in a home care agency required.

• Knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, and home care billing procedures.

• Experience with claims submission, denials, and accounts receivable.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office.
