We?re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help keep orders moving smoothly from contract to production.

About the Role
As our Sales Coordinator, you?ll be the operational backbone of the sales department working directly with the director of sales. You?ll work closely with sales staff, production, and customers to make sure contracts are accurate, orders are complete, and our team has the information and support it needs to close business. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow their career. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with pricing and terms
• Maintain and update price lists and ensure the team is working from current information
• Review and prepare customer orders for production, coordinating with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order records
• Prepare regular and as-needed sales reports for management
• Organize and support sales meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-up
• Assist with lead generation and research to help build the sales pipeline
• Monitor and respond to online posts, inquiries, and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales department and the company
