Pre-Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal (In-House)

Seeking a FT in-house Pre-Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal to meaningfully contribute to the growth & success of our rapidly expanding plaintiff personal injury practice in Teaneck, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized & compassionate legal professional with at least two years’ experience. You will manage a full caseload under the supervision of attorneys, acting as the key point of contact for clients, providers, & insurers throughout the life of a case.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, & legal steps

• Heavy phone contact with providers & insurance carriers

• Drafting correspondence & other pre-litigation-related documents
