Pay: $15.00 per hour
Regular Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Required Training: First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Work Location: On-site
Language: Spanish-only speakers welcome; English is not required.

Connect Staffing Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented Saw Operator for a filter manufacturing company.

Miter saw experience and the ability to read a tape measure are required. Applicants must be available for the initial weekday training and the regular Wednesday–Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a miter saw to cut materials according to work instructions.

• Measure materials and confirm required cut lengths.

• Inspect completed cuts for accuracy.

• Follow production directions and maintain attention to detail.

• Report measurement discrepancies or equipment problems.

• Keep the work area organized and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on miter saw experience.

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete precise work.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Availability for 3 weeks of training Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

• Availability to work Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM after training, including Saturdays.
