Qualifications

• Ability to read and write
• Experience working in varying weather elements
• Quarry experience preferred
• Experienced with operating/maintaining and troubleshooting heavy equipment
• Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Primary operations of haul trucks, water trucks, rock breakers and fuel truck
• Operating mobile equipment including front end loaders, haul trucks, dozers, backhoes, grader, excavators, fuel truck, dredge and skid steer loaders
• Inspect all operating equipment each shift, complete inspection sheets and report problems
• Communicate all safety, maintenance and production needs
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies
