Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of related experience in a supervisory role
• Minimum 5 years experience in aggregates facility or other heavy industry is highly preferred
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols
• Proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the plant
• Perform quality control tests for the specific product line
• Ensure Production equipment is operated safely and efficiently
• Responsible for the safety of employees in the plant
• Create work orders and pass information to plant maintenance personnel
