Medical Nurse Case Manager

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CCM, COHN, CDMS or CRRN
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: 80k-90K
- Ability to bonus monthly: (average $500-2,500 per month)
