-2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience

-Experience managing customer accounts, quotes, orders, and customer requests

-Experience working with distributors, sales representatives, or B2B customers

-Strong administrative skills and experience maintaining customer and sales records

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regenerative medicine

-Experience supporting physician or healthcare distributor accounts

-Experience with an ERP or CRM system, including Odoo

-Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement or CMS guidelines

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an Account Coordinator in Pompano Beach, FL. This individual will join a growing biotech organization that processes placental tissue and provides regenerative medicine products through distributors and sales representatives who work with physicians. This person will serve as a primary liaison for customers and will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing customer requests, supporting orders, maintaining customer information, and handling administrative responsibilities throughout the sales process. The role will support the company as it expands from a business model centered around a small number of large contract manufacturing customers into a more sales-focused model. This individual will work closely with distributors and representatives selling therapies to physician practices, including those supporting orthopedic and diabetic patient populations. This is an onsite role with operations running Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some expected hours on Fridays when needed. This is a 9-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a pay rate of $25-30/hr based on experience.
