Location: Leetsdale, PA

Available Shifts:

1st Shift

2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

Pay: $21.50/hour

 Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for 2nd Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking Quality Inspectors to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections on manufactured and purchased parts

Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Document inspection results accurately

Identify and isolate non-conforming products

Complete quality and inspection reports

Test incoming materials and components

Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain product quality

Qualifications

At least 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience using precision measuring tools

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

CMM experience

First Article, Receiving, or Final Inspection experience

Experience with non-conformance reporting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $42000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
