Project Manager

A data center is coming to DeSoto, KS and our client needs a sharp, experienced Project Manager to own the workforce transportation program from the ground up. We're talking buses, vans, drivers, vendors, routes, schedules, and safety — all under your watch. Base salary range is $80,000 to $86,000 and with bonuses we are projecting $105K + first year.

What You'll Own:

• Daily scheduling & dispatch for a large multi-vehicle fleet
• Vendor and driver performance management
• DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety protocols
• Coordination with site leadership and general contractors
• Hiring the right people to drive.

✅ What You Bring:

• 3+ years managing a team. It doesn't have to be transportation based but some knowledge helps.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or large workforce environments
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Cool under pressure. Strong communicator. Detail obsessed
