About the Role:
Clothes Mentor in East Norriton Township, PA is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service team member to join our growing resale family! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fashion-forward environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, professional manner throughout the shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing and accessories from customers at the buy counter
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Sort, tag, and merchandise incoming inventory according to store standards
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to daily store operations
Requirements:
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, resale, and sustainable shopping
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
