About the Opportunity

Let’s Work Staffing is urgently recruiting 6–10 Warehouse Associates for a client in Northeast Portland.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Associates will begin their assignment through Let’s Work Staffing, with the potential to transition to permanent employment with our client based on performance and business needs.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and can maintain accuracy while handling valuable inventory.

Job Responsibilities

• Scan products using barcode scanning equipment.
• Sort, organize, and track inventory accurately.
• Handle, inspect, and prepare items for processing, including unsleeving and resleeving.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Follow established inventory handling procedures and onsite security requirements.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure work area.
• Complete required onsite training and follow all instructions.
  

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Comfortable handling high-value inventory and following strict security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete required background and drug screenings in accordance with applicable laws and client requirements.
  

Employment Details

• Location: Northeast Portland, OR
• Pay: $20 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. start preferred
• Employment type: Temp-to-hire through Let’s Work
• Start date: ASAP
  

Background Check, Drug Screening & Security Requirements

This position involves handling high-value inventory and requires a background check and drug screening following a conditional offer of employment.

Criminal history will be reviewed in accordance with applicable laws and client requirements. Any employment decision based on criminal history will involve an individualized assessment of the nature of the offense, how much time has passed, and its relevance to the position.

All associates must follow onsite security procedures, including a strict no-photography policy, and complete required onsite training.
