Accounts Receivable Payable Clerk

We are looking for Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for collecting and track payments. Along with other common duties.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and track Payments.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Create and maintain customer accounts records.
• Issue invoices and billing statements.
• Track and apply incoming payments accurately.
• Identify delinquent accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Resolve billing disputes with customers.
• prepare AR status reports and aging summaries.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Process receivables and incoming payments.
• Verify, Classify, and record AR data.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile AR ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate financial statements and AR reports.
• Manage accurate bookkeeping of incoming funds,
• Make bank deposits and run profit/loss reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong understanding of accounting Principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Analytical and organizational abilities.
