Portfolio Property Manager (01)

Full time opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens for a licensed Property Manager. Must have experience managing homeowner’s associations.

Duties include:

• Board Meetings
• Vendor Relations
• Frequent homeowner interaction, phones, etc.
• Outdoor field presence, inspections and violations
• Reporting, including financial

Job Requirements Include:

• LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager)
• Excellent written and verbal skills for frequent interaction with Board and Residents
• Excellent organization, time management, and the ability to work independently and responsibly
