Available Work Schedules

• 1st Shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday with overtime on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when needed. $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday - Thursday with overtime on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when needed. $18.00/hr

Additional Overtime: Overtime may be available based on operational and shipping needs. Additional hours are voluntary when offered.

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by safely moving, organizing, and handling materials throughout the facility.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport products and materials.
• Loading & Unloading: Load and unload materials, shipments, and deliveries from trucks, trailers, and designated platforms.
• Material Movement: Transport products to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
• Inventory Organization: Properly stack, store, and organize merchandise while maintaining accurate product placement.
• Quality Checks: Inspect materials for visible damage or discrepancies and report any concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Equipment Inspections: Perform routine equipment and safety checks to help ensure forklifts are operating properly.
• Warehouse Safety: Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of surrounding employees, equipment, and materials.
• Teamwork: Communicate with coworkers and other departments to support daily warehouse and production goals.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable individuals who take safety seriously and have the skills to contribute to a busy warehouse environment.

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness and ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to assess loads, judge distances, and maneuver equipment safely.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
