Restaurant Server

The Restaurant Server provides attentive, efficient service by welcoming guests, accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and creating a positive dining experience. This role builds strong guest relationships, supports smooth restaurant operations, and helps drive sales through knowledgeable menu guidance and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or initial service needs.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders.
• Provide timely food and beverage service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented tables.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Guide guests through menu options and answer questions.
• Recommend additional items and support upselling efforts.
• Build positive guest relationships and complete assigned side work.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant service.
