Job Description

This position involves working as a small tool mechanic responsible for maintaining hydraulic riveting tools and diesel pumps used in the installation of solar tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hydraulic riveting tools and diesel pumps.
• Adhere to company and worksite safety standards.
• Conduct routine service on equipment.
• Inspect for faults and perform necessary repairs.

Work Environment

Work directly on-site out of a mobile shop equipped with all necessary tools and equipment. Under the guidance of a lead mechanic, the role follows a dress code that includes jeans, steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest. The position operates on the first shift from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with potential overtime on Saturdays when the lead mechanic is available.

This is a Contract position based out of Canaseraga, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
