Host Hostesses

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating, and support a smooth dining experience. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and works as part of a small host team, with opportunities for management development and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to dining-related inquiries.
• Assign tables and seat guests efficiently.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
• Monitor the dining area and coordinate with servers.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Complete opening procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in restaurant hosting.
• Familiarity with reservation management, table management, and waitlist coordination.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
