Assistant Production Manager, Monday-Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays!

Job Title:  Assistant Production Manager, Monday-Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays! 

Pay Rate: $21.00 plus $4.00/hr. bonus!

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:45am-3:21pm, occasional overtime on Fridays from 5:00am-10:00am

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Fond du Lac

Requirements: 

• 1 year Production Supervisory experience preferred
• Organized and self directed
• Work well under pressure
• Good personnel management skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production activities
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with production planning and scheduling of employees
• Supervise and train staff
• Monitor and ensuring product meets quality standards
• Assist with shipping/receiving, putting product away, packaging, assembly and operating machines when needed
