Jr. Repair / Test Technician

Job Type: Long-Term / Career Opportunities
Shifts Available: Day Shift and Night Shift: 12 hr. shifts 
Location: Socorro, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour, depending on shift

About the Opportunity: We are seeking motivated Jr. Repair / Test Technicians to join a leading technology manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and repairing server hardware while gaining hands-on experience with advanced technology systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the data center and technology industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server hardware and components.
- Perform hardware testing and identify failed or defective parts.
- Document repair activities, test results, and technical findings.
- Assist with firmware updates and network connectivity testing.
- Adhere to quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Support production, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

* Experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.

* 6+ months of knowledge or experience working with Linux operating systems.

* Understanding of computer components, diagnostics, and hardware testing.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

* Ability to follow technical procedures and accurately document results.

* Relevant school projects, or technical training will be considered as experience.
