Tax Associate (Mid-Level to Senior)

Strong knowledge of federal income tax principles applicable to real estate transactions, partnerships, LLCs, and closely held businesses.
Meaningful partnership taxation and transactional tax structuring experience.
Experience drafting and reviewing partnership, LLC, joint venture, and transaction documents from a tax perspective.
Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters while collaborating across practice groups.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
California Bar admission, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted in California.
