Description:

• Seeking a qualified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
• Opportunity to treat patients of all ages in a community-based outpatient setting.
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered treatment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Conduct physical examinations and preventive screenings.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Order and review laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active or eligible Texas medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and patient-care experience.
