As a Campus Director at River Rock Academy, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and student-centered learning environment. This leader ensures daily operations run smoothly while supporting staff growth, youth development, and strong partnerships with families and school districts.

What You’ll Need

• Master's degree in education or human services field or bachelor's degree with extensive related experience

• PA Special Education Teaching Certification or Supervisor of Special Education Certificate, or five years of leadership experience working with children with learning and behavioral challenges (including three years of teaching and/or supervisory experience)

• Strong understanding of curricula, IEPs, and behavior plans

• Knowledge of PDE regulations and education compliance standards

• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily campus operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgets, and facility management

• Ensure compliance with Department of Education regulations and maintain accurate documentation and reporting

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff while supporting professional growth and accountability

• Maintain strong relationships with families, school districts, and community partners

• Lead crisis response, safety planning, and incident reporting to ensure student and staff wellbeing
