Front Desk Clerk

Front Desk Receptionist - $15/hr 

Work at a Beautiful Resort in Gatlinburg, TN! Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join a top-rated local resort. If you love providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity!

Duties: 

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-in/check-out
• Handle reservations and scheduling
• Manager phone calls and computer tasks
• Process payments accurately
• Keep the front desk organized and professional
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications: 

• Customer Service superstar with great communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Comfortable with basic computer operations
• Weekend availability required 

Schedule and Pay: 

• Full-Time 
• 7 AM- 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM
• $15/hr
