Babysitter - Now Hiring

Im specifically looking for an in-home nanny who can come to our home for childcare. Id prefer someone who is comfortable working independently, can follow a consistent daily routine, and is attentive and hands-on with my son. I want him to have a fun, safe, and enriching environment where he can learn, play, eat, rest, and continue developing while Im working. Im hoping to find someone dependable who can become a familiar, trusted person in his daily routine. Ideally, this would be a long-term arrangement, approximately 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
