Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We have 2 young boys (3 yr old and 5 yr old). We need about 5-6 hrs/day of help to watch them (light meal prep). The 3 yr old is potty training and needs help with his pull-ups. The 5 yr old attends kindergarten and take the bus home, so no need for pick ups. We have 3 small dogs in the house that just need to be let out once in a while for potty break.
